The AT&T Learning Connection is a digital video program created by the Connecticut Science Center which uses the construction of their new facility as an example of how science and math can be used. Designed for students, teachers, or both together, The Science of Building Video Series will show the power of leverage, volume calculations, and many other applications that are used by architects, engineers and builders to create a building that is beautiful, efficient and strong. This is the fourth film in the AT&T learning Connection Educational Series filmed by V&V.

'Vanishing Orchards' a documentary film about Rhode Island Apple Growers is being shown as part of the 'Orchards in the Ocean State' multimedia installation including film, photography, audio and text at the Museum of Work & Culture in Woonsocket, RI. Due to the popularity of the exhibit, it is now being extended until January 5, 2007. The full 'Vanishing Orchards' documentary is currently in Post-Production and is scheduled to be completed in Summer 2007. This project is being funded by the Rhode Island Council for the Humanities, an independent state affiliate of the National Endowment for the Humanities and sponsored by the University of Rhode Island, The Museum of Work & Culture, and the Rhode Island Historical Society

Storyboarding and Scriptwriting has begun on the next short film 'Carlito Shuffle' a story about Carlito Estaban inventor of the Carlito Shuffle. SHOOT is a joint filmmaking education venture by Video & Vision, List Academy & Island Arts. The purpose of this film program is to give high-school-age students who are interested in filmmaking the opportunity and the resources necessary to make a high-quality short film of their own.

The purpose of this program is to give high-school-age students who are interested in filmmaking the opportunity and the resources necessary to make a high-quality short film of their own. From formulating a story idea and script writing to post-production and editing, students are guided by various industry professionals through the process of shaping their collective creative vision into a short film. Students not only learn the hands-on aspects of filmmaking, but are responsible for promoting and marketing their film to peers and the community at large.

V&V films 'The Watson Farm Story' a narrative, with music, created by writer/storyteller Marc Levitt. The piece takes listeners on a historical journey through the history of the Watson Farm, including music played by Phil Edmonds and Cathy CasperTorch and singing by the Jamestown Chorus directed by BJ Whitehouse.

Production begins on Egg Day, in Equality Park on Broadway in Newport, RI. An Egg Balancing Contest and traditional ceremonies will mark the first day of spring and vernal equinox. These rites of spring will benefit efforts to restore the sword to the rightful hand of the "Statue of Equality" in Equality Park.
